Admission
- Admission to the SITCE 2013 Congress is subjected to registration and fees payable unless otherwise stated.
- Registration of minors below the age of 16 will not be allowed.
- Registered delegates of the SITCE 2013 Congress will have access to exhibition halls. Separate registration to visit the exhibition is not required.
- Delegate badges are non-transferable due to security reasons. You may be asked by the security personnel to present proof of identification before entry to the congress and exhibition.
Attire
- All congress delegates must be in proper business attire.
- Congress delegates in shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers or sports sandals will not be allowed entry.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to delegates who are not properly dressed.

Admission
- Admission to the exhibition is open to trade and professionals from 7 – 9 October.
- General public may enter on 9 October from 2pm to 6pm.
- Visitor badges are non-transferable due to security reasons. Visitors may be asked by security personnel to present proof of identification before entry to the exhibition.
Attire
- All trade visitors must be in proper business attire.

- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to visitors who are not appropriately dressed.
Trade Visitor Registration
Trade visitors who wish to visit the exhibition must register through one of the following:
Pre-registration
- Pre-registration is available online till 30 September 2013.
- Visitors will receive a confirmation email upon submission of their registration.
- The confirmation email is to be presented along with the visitor's business card when collecting the visitor badge.
- Details and instructions for visitor badge collection will be made known in the confirmation email.
Onsite Registration
- Trade professionals who do not pre-register in advance may register onsite from 7 to 9 October 2013.
- The visitor's business card is to be presented for validation.
- The onsite visitor registration desks are located outside Halls 401 and 402. They are open from 9.30am to 5.30pm on 7 October, and 8.30am to 5.30pm on 8 and 9 October.

Welcome Reception
Meet new acquaintances and old colleagues with great food and entertainment at the SITCE 2013 Welcome Reception, plus a journey through the transformation of Singapore's land transport over the years at LTA's Land Transport Gallery! This event is only for invited guests, delegates and speakers.

Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony is only for invited guests, exhibitors, partners, speakers, media and delegates.

The gala dinner for SITCE 2013 is subjected to registration and fees payable unless otherwise stated. Diners can enjoy the magnificent view of the city skyline and dazzling city lights while dining in the 'Garden City'.

Technical Tours
An exciting and comprehensive programme of tours has been arranged for delegates to attend. These technical tours are open to all registered congress delegates. Do register early for your preferred tour as limited slots are available on a first-come-first-served basis. As the tours run concurrently, please choose only one of the following tours when completing your registration.

Golf Event
