Alexis Chavelas is Vice-President of the Digital Mobility Platform, which is part of Alstom Digital Mobility, based in Saint-Ouen, France. Prior to this, he was Vice-President Market Strategy and Platform Portfolio of Alstom Digital Mobility from November 2015 to March 2017.
Alexis joined Alstom Transport in 1996 as Test and Commissioning Signalling engineers in Hong Kong. After that, he has taken various leadership positions in the company, including Managing Director of Signalling business at Alstom Saint-Ouen from 2012 to 2015, Bid Director for signalling business at Saint-Ouen from 2008 to 2012, and Engineering Director and project management positions from 1998 to 2007.
Alexis Chavelas has obtained Master’s degree in Engineering at ENSMP (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris).
