Annie joined the MTR Corporation in 2002 taking care the marketing and communication to achieve incremental patronage and market share for the railway. I was the pioneer to introduce Customer Relationship Management and Mobile Apps to enhance the service quality for rail customers.

Annie has extensive experience in marketing and has been working in communication, product development, digital marketing, customer experience and brand management for nearly 30 years.

Currently, Annie is the General Manager - Customer Experience Development, responsible for planning and strategic development of customer experience and launching of innovative and digital services/campaigns in enhancing overall customer satisfaction, supporting the corporation’s vision to become a global leader in customer service.
