A widely experienced Engineering Manager in Network, Communications and Control Systems who has over 20 years’ of related exposures, most of which have been associated with the MTR Corporation in Hong Kong. He has broad experience in a no. of railways around the region with in-depth knowledge in many networks, telecom and control facilities in use by railways. He heads up a team of engineers in the design planning, upgrade of Corporate Data Network and enhancement of network security for supporting railway operations. He is also a key member of the MTR Corporate Data Network design and heading the strategy development of cybersecurity for the extensive railway transportation system in Hong Kong. He has also offered expert opinions to railways data network in China and overseas via independent cybersecurity review.
