Philippe Leguay has 35 years’ experience in railway transport systems, design, conception, launch, operation & maintenance. He has a diploma from the French CESI Paris engineering school and an EMBA from the French HEC Paris business school. He is a referent expert in driverless and CBTC metro transport systems for UITP, the EU and for Keolis. Keolis, a French private international public transport operator established in 16 countries, is the pioneer and the world leader in driverless metro operation & maintenance.
Philippe’s railway experience covers: Paris metro, Eurotunnel fixed linked between France and the UK, Lausanne’s first driverless CBTC metro in Switzerland, London Docklands driverless CBTC metro, Hyderabad’s first CBTC metro in India. Also in France: Lille’s first UTO metro in the world, Lyon’s first CBTC UTO metro in the world, Rennes’s UTO metro and Roissy Airport’s UTO metro. Philippe is also involved in the ‘Grand Paris’ CBTC UTO metro project’ (200km/€35 billion) and the Ivory Coast CBTC metro project in Abidjan (€1.5 billion).
