Mr. Bernard Tabary
Bernard Tabary has been CEO of Keolis’ International Division since 2011, and is a member of the Executive Committee. He is responsible for commercial operations in the different regions where Keolis operates (North America, UK, Australia, Continental Europe, Asia/Middle-East/India). Bernard fosters a strong working relationship with public transport authorities, whether it be for strategic new development opportunities or for supporting the activities of existing subsidiaries.
Recent successes include the Doha metro and Lusail tram in Qatar, the Pudong airport metro loop in China, the Manchester tram network in the UK, the renewal of the Melbourne tram network in Australia (the largest network in the world), and the Foothill bus network in California, USA.
Bernard joined the Keolis group in 2005 as Deputy CEO France, before becoming Managing Director of Keolis Lyon in 2007.
Bernard is a graduate of ESC Rouen, a business school in northern France, and began his career with the Bolloré Group, in the maritime transport division (Delmas), where he worked in Europe, Middle East, USA, Australia and Africa. He subsequently joined Plastic Omnium in 2000, as Managing Director of the Environment division.
